Health and Wellness Ministry
Scripture:
III John 1:2 “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.”
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to promote the health and awareness of the Trinity Gardens church family and the community with education programs, spiritual support, and to connect the needs of whole person to resources within the congregation, community, and the health care system.
Services We Provide
- Blood pressure checks
- Glucose testing
- Periodic health screenings
- Assist with medical emergencies during service
- Blood drives
- Visitation to medical facilities & nursing homes
- Prostate cancer screening
- Public health education and awareness
- Network with other health organization for information dissemination
- Increase awareness of preventative health measures
Hospitality Ministry
Members of the Hospitality ministry serve as our church ambassadors. They are our first point of contact when greeting visitors and church members, welcoming them into the worship service. They facilitate the introduction between visitors and congregants, making everyone feel at home.
IMPACT Ministry
Trinity Gardens has partnered with Impact Houston Church of Christ in an effort to provide food to the homeless within the downtown community. Those in need meet at their campus’ distibution center, whose doors are also open during the week for food, a hot bath, devotionals and other assistance.

Services We Provide:
We provide, prepare and serve nourishing meals to those who are hungry and homeless near the downtown area in partnership with the Impact Church.
In Touch Ministry
Scripture:
Isaiah 43:1-4 “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned”
Mission Statement:
To comfort those who are in need of Comfort by sending them Comforting cards with words of Encouragement pertaining to their needs. The In Touch Ministry Ministers to those in the church as well as the community in doing so by meeting their needs. Send cards to individuals with words of encouragement to meet their needs.

Joseph’s Store House Ministry
Scripture: Matthew 25:35, 36 “ For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me”
Mission Statement:
Recognizing that God has blessed us to be a blessing, our food pantry serves as a vehicle to share the overwhelming abundance God has showered on us with those in need in our community. It is our intention that they receive not only food for their physical hunger, but generous portions of kindness and grace to feed their spiritual and emotional hungers It is our hope that those who receive food/clothing will be strengthened in body and soul.

- Provides clothing for the underserved in the community.

- We bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who seek our services, to the un-churched and to the community at large.

Kingdom Marriage Ministry
Scripture: Ephesians 5:25-33: “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church.”
Mission Statement: To enhance the covenant relationships between a husband and wife through programs and activities designed to encourage understanding and obedience to the Holy Scripture; growing and strengthening marriages spiritually and emotionally according to God’s purpose.
Services We Provide:
- Promote the Lordship of Christ in all marriage and family situations.
- Create a plan to help couples planning to marry prepare themselves for a lifelong, Christ-centered, healthy marriage.
- Develop resources and strategies that will encourage the building and strengthening of already existing marriages, and minister intentionally to marriages already in crisis.
- Provide resources and information encouraging healthy, Christ-centered parent-child relationships
- Provide support and biblical truths that strengthen marriages according to God’s plan for a life-long journey.
- Promote God’s plan for marriages through scripture teachings concerning Christian marriages under God’s authority.
Men’s Ministry
Mission Statement:
Encouraging men of all ages, races, and cultures to receive God’s word, and to inspire them to reach the lost for Christ. 1 Corinthians 9:22, 1 Corinthians 11:1-9
Goals:
Our goals are to find mature faithful, teachable men to be leaders, equipping them to teach the lost for Christ and make them disciples. Allowing them to share personal testimonies of what God is doing in their lives. 2 Timothy 2:2
Each week the ministry holds a Men’s Bible Study and Fellowship Zoom conference on Thursday’s at 6:30 p.m. and on the last Saturday of each month the ministry conducts a Bible Study and Fellowship starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Family Life Center.

Nursing Home Visitation Ministry
Our nursing home ministry spreads hope and love to nursing home residents through regular visits from caring Christians. The group holds a mini worship service that includes scripture readings, songs, and prayer.
Picture Me Ministry
Scripture:
1 Chronicles 16:12 “Remember His wonderful deeds which He has done, His marvels and the judgments from His mouth”
Mission Statement:
Display captured memories by highlighting Trinity Gardens’ growth within the church and the surrounding community
Services We Provide:
Exhibit photos of new members, baptisms, and various events that occur throughout the year.
Praise Dance Ministry:
Scripture:
Jeremiah 31:13 (ESV) “Then shall the young women rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old shall be merry. I will turn their mourning into joy; I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow”.
Mission Statement:
To communicate the love of God to the church and community through praise dance and thereby create an atmosphere thanksgiving and holiness.
Services We Provide:
- A ministry during special programs, fellowships and community events to teach others and express our love for the Savior.
- Provide our youth opportunities to stay connected with God during their formative years by using their God-given artistic gifts to glorify the Father.
