Rinthian Pickney
Rinthian Pickney is a life-time member of our fellowship. His grandparents, the late Brother and Sister Willie Jackson, Sr., were two of the founding members and the Trinity Gardens community has had the privilege of watching him transition from boy-hood to man-hood.
Rinthian has tirelessly worked in many of our ministries: the nursing home, sick and prison visitation ministries, as well as several ministries in our education department. We are proud to have him in his current role at Trinity Gardens as one of our newest deacons.
Rithian admires Trinity Gardens because of the love our church shows towards others. “What makes Trinity Gardens unique is our love for the people, the community and for the Word of God. At Trinity Gardens, it’s not about money or the status quo, but what thus saith the Lord”.
Rinthian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering from the University of Houston, Downtown and has worked for the Houston Fire Department for over 12 years. He is married to Pamela; and they are the proud parents of three children: Matthew, Meagan, and Moriah.
When Rinithian needs guidance or assurance he can always rely on his favorite scripture, Philippians 1:21 “To live is Christ, to die is gain.”
